Good to know
- Form must be public to import.
- Google Form responses still go to your Google Sheet — we only restyle the UI.
- File upload fields are not supported in skinned mode.
- Google Collect email / sign-in does not work here — disable it and add a required email field on the original form instead.
- Quiz grading only works in-skin when answer keys appear in public form data; otherwise scoring stays in Google.
- Custom JS runs in owner preview only, never on the published public page.
